LuCille Tack Center for the Arts - 2022-2023 Season

Health Policies

The Tack's Commitment to You

LuCille Tack Center for the Arts is committed to the health of all patrons, volunteers, performers, and staff and is grateful to have been able to welcome you back to live performances. The following steps have been taken to ensure that our doors remain safely open.

Mask Policy

In accordance with CDC guidelines, the LTCA is lifting its mandatory masking for patrons. However, out of respect for our medical community and limited hospital resources, it is highly RECOMMENDED that everyone wear a mask while in the theatre. Volunteers and staff will continue to mask while performing their duties, whether interacting with guests or performers. This policy is effective immediately (March 2, 2022) and is subject to change at any time. The Tack will continue to monitor the course of this pandemic in our communities and make changes as prudent.

Facility Upgrades

Several improvements have been made to our venue to help keep you safe. These include:

  • Increased fresh air intake to help diffuse the concentration of airborne viruses like COVID-19
  • Commercial-grade, MERV13-equivalent air filters changed more often than required
  • The use of electro-static spraying to focus on cleaning areas such as cloth seats
  • Hand sanitation stations throughout the venue
  • Increased routine cleaning and sanitation throughout the venue
  • Mobile ticket scanning and digital program options

Ticket Guarantee

If the Tack must reschedule or cancel an event OR if you are feeling ill or uncomfortable attending an event for which you have tickets, you may choose any of the following options up to 48 hours before a performance:

  • Donate the full value of your tickets to our nonprofit organization,
  • Receive a gift certificate for the full value of your tickets to be used for a future event,
  • Request a refund for the value of your tickets LESS $5 per ticket for fees incurred on the original sale.
