The Tack’s Commitment to You
LTCA continues its commitment to the health of all patrons, volunteers, performers and staff. This includes monitoring state and local data on positive COVID-19 cases. Prior to a Tack performance, pre-show email messages to ticket holders will include the most up-to-date information regarding what we are doing and what to expect. Any change in health precautions and procedures will also be listed on our website and available by calling the ticket office. Please help us communicate with you by sharing your email address when you purchase tickets. The Tack NEVER sells or shares patron information. If a performance needs to be rescheduled due to safety concerns, you can be confident that the value of your ticket will be secure.
Play YOUR part! If you have had a close contact or are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms prior to a performance, please stay home and email info@lucilletackcenter.com or call 715-659-4499 to discuss your refund options. We appreciate the cooperation and good judgment of our patrons!
